I would want strict actions taken against the staff for such agressive behavior towards a guy doing his job and provide an update regarding the investigation.

@zomato @BurgerKing @BurgerKing27734 @BurgerKingIN @burgerkingindia All this conversation was happening while I was on the phone call & I literally felt concerned about the safety of that @zomato partner among the restaurant staff, gathered around him in such an agressive way for asking them the reason of delay & conveying their behavior to me.

@zomato @BurgerKing @BurgerKing27734 @BurgerKingIN Some guy from the restaurant staff also threatened that poor delivery guy and asked if he dared to come any closer to him and then he would show him what it means. There was ruckus among the staff and that delivery partner. @BurgerKing @burgerkingindia @BurgerKingIN.

They even charged the @zomato delivery partner for telling me about their behavior towards him and stalling the order just like. They even told him that if he questions more, he has to keep waiting and the order will be stay delayed. @BurgerKing @BurgerKing27734 @BurgerKingIN.

I placed an order at around 11.25PM today and they didn't dispatch it till 12.05AM. When I was on the call, they were very impolite and asked me if I want uncooked food for asking them why it's taking so much time. My order contained one burger, one small fries, 2 Cokes & a sauce.

Dear @BurgerKing @burgerkingindia @BurgerKingIN, I & @zomato delivery partner had a terrible experience today. The current shift staff at Burger King, Pal Heights, Odisha, India delayed my order & when we both asked the reason, they talked rude & threatened the partner.

Hey @appwrite all the issues are already assigned & folks neither raise PRs nor they drop the issues. When asked, they always say we are still working on it. Please open some more issues or else make a thumb rule that if PRs are not raised within a week then it gets re-assigned.
