New Broadway, Ealing 12.35hrs. The owner of this Range Rover, isn't having much luck with his vehicle. This is now the second day running, he has "apparently" broken down in the exact same spot. Surely in 2026 nobody would fake breaking down to avoid a parking ticket would they?
