Then WV will gain the benefits it DESERVES after working hard to preserve WV's reliable, 24-7, extreme-weather-dependent coal power.

Perhaps PJM should be encouraging large load to locate to WV to use WV power and bring WV jobs. Then the existing WV transmission system won't be overloaded to pass other state's power.

PJM's representative is clearly trying to sway WV into passing electric through WV, which will bring more burden than benefit to WV. Why should ratepayers pay for transmission when PJM has approved so many generator closures?
