For me, that missing piece was the brown. It’s such a core part of the Cracker Barrel identity for me. The brown ink on off white paper menus. I did a quick sketch, kept tinkering with it, and eventually came up with “my version” of a Cracker Barrel rebrand.

For some reason, I found myself thinking back to those road trips as a kid, stopping at Cracker Barrel for a stack of pancakes. 🤔 When I saw their new branding on the updated packaging, I didn’t think it was bad—but I kept feeling like something was missing.
