@FOX5Atlanta in case you were wondering, the @FedEx facility in Austell hasn't changed since your article last year (linked above). FedEx should have made all sorts of changes to influence public opinion in the area serviced by this facility - but hasnt.

@FedEx I've been waiting for this to ship for a month. You got it 960+ miles in 24hrs, but you can't get it the last 20 miles in 8 hours? This is the 2nd delivery this week that's been rescheduled... Do better.

@FedEx Your service continues to be a joke in my area. We now expect packages to arrive at least a week late (if they arrive at all) and whenever possible we don't make purchases from companies who use your business as a shipper.

This is how @FedEx ghosts me on every single package that they touch. You want it there Tuesday? No problem - we'll pick it up Wednesday, then forget to put it on the truck Thursday - see you in 2 weeks!

When I purchase items and get notified that my shipment is going through FedEx, I know it will end up in Austell. And I know it will likely never arrive. And I know that when I mention this to anyone in my community, they know it too. How has this not been addressed?
