Black queer parties for me! I work in nightlife & also work non queer parties, so I be seeing things. I find that at Black queer parties ppl dance even if they don’t know the music, the straights be standing still a lot of time. Now Black queer Caribbean parties, you will be 🥵.
The only parties in London where I consistently see Black people really dancing are soca parties. No awkward stares, no one standing still just pure joy.
