Today we organised a trip to Zoo, It gave young people an opportunity to step outside their usual environment, visit the zoo, engage with nature and a wide variety of animals. For some, it was their very first time visiting the zoo, making it a truly special experience.

Congratulations, @helengt76 , on your victory as Metro Mayor of the West of country. We hope you bring the change that our region truly needs. At the moment, it’s incredibly difficult to rely on public transport-bus services & like 36 &trains are irregular & unpredictable.

I'm from and for our region: born and raising my kids here, with family all over the West Country. I know and love our region. Thanks to Labour members for their backing to run to be our next regional Mayor. Together, let's deliver the Best for the West:

Today, we distributed sports kits to the YP who attend our sessions. An 11-year-old Abdusalam was called to collect his kit. As he stepped forward, he looked around and saw his friend Abdurahim behind him. While the other kids were playfully joking and pushing, Abdusalam turned.

We visited yesterday our youth session in Lawrence hill with CYN, it was vibrant and engaging, with a strong turnout of around 40 Yp. This session has become a regular and trusted space for YP in the area after school, offering physical activities and a safe environment.
