@Twinkle887788 Problem is ASIC listened to the wrong shareholders of $AVZ - FatTail and Shane, had they just contacted the major 100 LONG TERM shareholders they would have found out no breach of continous obligations & support for Management. Remember ASIC is there to protect us shareholders.

@Poker_Face_est Doesn’t matter. Once $AVZ done as in TO, I will push for all shareholders to push for Manangement at next AGM to go after Carrick for destroying value and seek those funds be redistributed to all shareholders.
