It was a different technician this time so i thought maaayos na today BUT GUESS WHAT. WALA PARIN. Again, im not the type to post on socmed but it’s been so frustrating to call Globe’s hotline every morning to be able to sched a tech visit on the afternoon pero wala nnmn. UGHHH.

- July 29 i called 9AM sharp to ask if darating ung technician today and they said yes. It was the same technician dapt na dumating nung Sat. But guess what, by 530pm nag txt nnmn ang globe na hindi nanaman darating.- July 30. I called again and they said darating sa afternoon.

- July 26 i called Globe’s hotline to resched the tech visit and they said it will be moved to July 27 and wait from 1-5pm.- July 27 came and we waited. By 530pm, we received a text from globe na hindi na pupunta yung tech because walang permit.

- July 16 nawala due to an outage in the area so hindi makapagsched ng tech visit. By the 21st, wala na raw yung outage but red los parin kami so nag pa sched na kami ng tech visit via the GlobeOne app.- July 22 dapat dumating but hindi dumating yung technician due to the typhoon.

Two weeks na kaming walang internet. I’ve been using the GlobeOne app/calling Globe’s hotline to sched a tech visit since last Monday. Nakakapagsched nmn but wala dumarating. Not the type of person to post on socmed but sumosobra na kayo @enjoyGLOBE.
