🧵Astros: Chad Stevens Before: A lot of loving parts happening very fast. With a pushy swing and direction working to left center field. Pretty tough to be consistent with getting to the same spot and launching from that spot. Near impossible to cover the outer half of the zone.

Train the way you need to move. Don’t promote pushy med ball drills. Learn how to do it in a way that’s actually applicable to the real swing.
