As chemical smell overtakes me, I go outside, where it's WORSE. Smoke coming out of many vent stacks. The smoke makes me instantly get the chills, burn my eyes and cause difficulty breathing. City trucks burning toxic oil into the sewage system, telling me the product isnt toxic
