The Schools’ Day is an integral part of Bank of Ireland Open Farm Weekend. Organised by @UFUHQ & sponsored by @asda, it offers school children the chance to learn about farm life and where their food comes from. We caught up with Joe McDonald, Head of Corporate Affairs for Asda.
