Our study, funded by the National Institute on Aging, is actively in the recruitment and data collection process. We aim to highlight the cultural and community contexts that shape the caregiving experience and to inform interventions that can effectively support caregivers.

Check out this new paper published in Comprehensive Psychoneuroendocrinology, first-authored by BMED graduate student Vincent Lai! Congratulations to Vincent and co-authors on this awesome accomplishment! π
My 1st first-authored paper has been published! Among ADRD spousal caregivers, marital distress was linked to more depressive symptoms and higher inflammation. However, perceiving spouses as more responsive may help offset these associations. Check it out!
