I saw a @CCMHockey stick for $419 yesterday, and honestly, it made me sick to my stomach. This sport is financially getting out of hand. Imagine the talent that never gets discovered, because they can’t afford to play, and never attempt to because they know the cost. Sickening.

Coaching 6-8 year olds learning how to play hockey is one of the greatest joys I’ve ever experienced. Life goals man, life goals.

Earlier this season, I panicked as our USA Olympian spotted my daughters sign on butter dish night, and pointed her out to get her a puck. Wish I recorded the whole thing, but I had to catch the biscuit. Tommer, you’re an absolute beautician my friend. Core memory made.
