We welcome @DHSCgovuk's announcement today that it will protect the title of 'nurse' in law. Nursing is one of the country’s most trusted professions, and this change will help to make sure that nobody who is not on our register can abuse that trust.
🌟 NEW: We're making it a criminal offence for people who are not qualified as a nurse to use the title and mislead the public. By protecting the title ‘nurse’ in law, we will help protect both patients and staff across the NHS. More details: https://t.co/1laYeLXQ7E
