#TODAY is the last performance of the @BostonFire Aerial Drill Team for #FirePreventionWeek. They will be performing at Castle Island at 12noon. Come see Boston Firefighters demonstrate their skills and capabilities! It’s a great show for the whole family!

#NOW: The @BostonFire Department Aerial Drill Team is all set up on City Hall Plaza for their 1pm performance. If you can’t make it to City Hall there will also be performing on Saturday October 12, at 12 noon at Castle Island.

The 2024 Boston Fire Dept. Aerial Exhibition Drill Team will be performing at various locations throughout Boston for Fire Prevention Week. Since as early as the 1930’s, the team would demonstrate the skills & capabilities of the Boston Fire Dept during Fire Prevention Week.

Before #BFDRescue2 was relocated to #EglestonSquare our bay was occupied by #Ladder30. Although Ladder 30 was disbanded in the 80’s, this memorial remains on the exterior of our firehouse. #WeNeverForget #LODD

FR Daniel J Mahoney dedicated his life to us & our families, having provided support to the families of more than 68 families of Fire Fighters who paid the supreme sacrifice. He was our spiritual leader, our councilor, our guide, our friend, & our Brother. Rest in eternal peace.

(2 of 2) This AM Citizen Airmen from the 42nd & 58th Aerial Port Squadrons, & 337th Airlift Squadron teamed up for vehicle loading training. A Westover C-5M Super Galaxy will move the apparatus in June. Video & information from our friends at the Westover Air Reserve Base.
