Like I think it’s ok to criticize the way the show handles Marinettes character but if you really wanna call it out I think using the word favoritism rather than Mary Sue fits the bill if you’re going to talk about how Marinette is written as a protagonist

I find it funny that both tried to change the meaning of Mary sue just so they could call Marinette one despite the fact that they’re both just referring to favoritism rather than Marinette being a genuine Mary sue
