💙 Peter Baldwin, 13 from Cardiff was a boy who lost his life to undiagnosed #type1diabetes. Today we launch our new campaign #RewritePetersStory to raise awareness in GP practices across #Wales about the signs of type 1 diabetes. (1/2)
