A fabulous game @OldOwenscc 12 days ago ☀️. Debutant @cjmckeon kept tidily & skipper @HarryLow49 scored 50 👏. @Asif_Farooqi & @RifatJawaid burst open the game with the ball 🏏. But @jaketacchi's maiden century & Justen's 3fer saw us to a handsome win 🔥.

9 days ago, we travelled to @KirdfordCricket ☀️. We recorded a first win there since 2019, thanks largely to captain @LukeHastings carrying his bat, finishing agonisingly short of a maiden ton 🏏. There were also fine debuts from @Boswall_Jacob & Jamie 🔥.

12 days ago, we made our first trip to Castle Hill ☀️. There were wickets for @Asif_Farooqi and debutant @marksedgwick ☝️. Captain @HarryLow49 top scored and a fine rearguard from @ProfBalbirBarn & Piers got us an unlikely draw in the Kentish sunshine 🏏.

Last month, we headed to lovely @LittleMarlowCC to play @AuthorsCC for the first time in years 🏏. We chased leather around in the sunshine and, despite a fine century from Will, we finished a distant second ☀️. Here's hoping for better next year 📅.

Yesterday we travelled to the gorgeous Elsted 🤩. After 70 overs of cricket, it all came down to the last ball - a heroic dive from @johnwhi securing victory 🏏. Richard and Tom combined for 6 wickets and captain @HarryLow49 saw us home with 95 👏.

In a hugely entertaining game @MynthurstC 🌤️ on Sunday, we ended with 11 men around the bat as our hosts held out for the draw 👏. There was a 50 for @LukeHastings1 & wickets for @Asif_Farooqi and Freddie, as our debutants all impressed 🏏. See you soon 📅.

9 days ago we played Great Canfield in a hugely enjoyable game 🌤️. There were 2 wickets for Karanvir and Justen before we devoured a delicious tea 🍰. We chased down our target of 159 with 9 wickets in hand, captain @HarryLow49 finishing unbeaten on 99.

This time last week took on @theivycc @FACCC_Cricket 🏏. We triumphed by 9 wickets in the Sussex sunshine ☀️. Pablo bagged another 3fer, Charlie & Will took 2 each plus the Toms & Piers took fine catches 🔥. @HarryLow49 and George scored unbeaten 50s 👏.

We played a terrific match @HarpsdenCC on Sunday ☀️. Ultimately, we finished second in a cracking contest.BUT.we held all 4 of our catches with @Asif_Farooqi getting 4 wickets and Lyndon bagging 3 plus a maiden 50 for @RobFanner 🏏. See you next season 📅.

@FernhurstCC There were 3 wickets for @Asif_Farooqi and 2 for Karanvir while @namo_namanp held our innings together with an excellent half century 💪. Thanks to Paul and Howard for umpiring and scorer @AndyPopperwell. Overall, Sunday’s contest was a fabulous advert for the game we love 🏏

Thanks to @FernhurstCC for a fabulous game of cricket 🏏. We posted 155-9 before devouring an award-winning tea 🍰. The runs flashed from our hosts' bats as wickets tumbled but they deservedly triumphed thanks partly to the catch of the season so far 👏.

@OutwoodCC @HarryLow49 @HarryEverett_14 Before @HarryEverett_14 took a 5fer to become the first Bushman to score 100 and grab 5 wickets on debut 🔥.(2/3). Congratulations to Tom Petty who also made his Bushmen bow 👏. Victory in the Surrey sunshine meant at least one team with Somerset connections prevailed 🏏

We spent Sunday @OutwoodCC, one of our favourite grounds (1/3). On a beautiful afternoon, records tumbled:. @HarryLow49 & @HarryEverett_14 became the first openers to both score unbeaten centuries 🏏. We were then treated a sumputous Anzac Day spread 🤤.

We started the 2025 season with a trip to @MiddStonCric ⛅️. The first game is always special, made even more so by a stirring team-talk from club captain Gerry Tucker before the second innings 🗣️. His words inspired us to a handsome win🏏.

Our final fixture of 2024 saw us play Des Ormes again 🇫🇷. @bendavis999 batted longer than any other Bushman, recording the best score of his burgeoning cricket career 🏏. Thanks to all of our opponents, players, officials and supporters - see you in 2025 .
