Six months ago, Mrs. Zelena and I were reflecting on all the amazing and inspiring things we saw on our NYC Leader In Me tour and brainstorming new ideas. One of those ideas took off today, and we’re so excited for this new tradition! 🚀

That’s a wrap on the 2025 PBEA Conference! Always a pleasure connecting with BCIT colleagues from across the state. Serving on the board as Treasurer has been such a rewarding experience. With over 90 years of impact, PBEA’s legacy is strong and its future is even stronger.

Always grateful for the chance to help out at events that bring our community together! It is amazing what we can accomplish when we show up with care and purpose. Schools are so much more than places of learning, they are beacons of community!
