6/ Mexico should:.🔹 Push for clearer rules of origin.🔹 Incentivize advanced manufacturing nearshoring.🔹 Strengthen cross-border logistics.🔹 Position itself as the top alternative to China.The US-Vietnam deal makes this urgency clear.

Decades of trade liberalization left us with a patchy tariff regime:.🧩 The US has an average tariff of ~3.4%.🧩 The EU? ~5.1%.🧩 Japan and Korea still protect key sectors. Even among allies, tariff asymmetries persist—creating resentment and mistrust.
