Within our Lab, Professor Badea will spearhead nanoparticle-based genetic engineering of T cells, a pivotal area with promising implications for genetic therapies.

Her research is dedicated to advancing the field, particularly in the realm of DNA and cytotoxic agent delivery to cancer cells. By targeting cancer cells specifically, her work aims to enhance treatment efficacy while minimizing side effects.
