Despite the fact that the agreement has been terminated, the Arizona-Mexico Commission's hope is that the Trump Administration will work in good faith to negotiate a new agreement.

Today, the U.S. Dept. of Commerce announced the U.S. withdrawal from the Tomato Suspension Agreement, which will result in 17% tariff taxes on tomatoes imported from Mexico. @GovernorHobbs was joined by affected business leaders and elected officials in denouncing this decision.
