But that's ALL a lie.

1. Short eating window
Most of the day I fast.
If you think about it,
They say breakfast is the most important meal…
So that as soon as you wake up you break your fast.
Imagine this:
- At 5am you wake up
- You have a cold shower
- You hit the weights for 1h
- At 7am you get to work
- At 10am you eat a few eggs and protein shake
By 10am you have more stuff done than 99% do in a day!
The confidence you get from this is insane.
2. Having the wrong priorities
Most guys have these priorities:
- Parties
- Drinking
- Weekends
- Social media
- Video games
- Entertainment
That's exactly why are losing in the game of life.
2. Be dangerous
You want to have a presence?
You need to be physically imposing.
Lift weights and learn to fight.
But also mentally imposing.
Learn how to:
- Think
- Speak clearly and precisely

Best things you can do after waking up:
- Deep Work
- Low intensity workout
- Walk/Jog in the sun
So, how many hours of fasting per day I do?
Well, it depends, sometimes I eat only once per day.
Which means 24 hours of fasting per day.
2. High protein foods
When I fast, sometimes I eat junk food, it’s true.
But I NEVER overeat.
Usually I just eat foods high in protein so I can meet my protein goal.
Recommended dose of protein (Daily):
1,8-2,2 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight.
After 12-14 hours you fast,
your body starts burning mainly fats,
More hours that pass = Your body uses more fats as fuel.
So playing sports/ lifting weights while fasting is a CHEAT CODE.

Most people try to escape reality with distractions.
They overstimulate themselves with:

- Music
- Food
Their dopamine receptors are FRIED.

To get a physique like mine you need resistance training.
That means you need to:
- Lift weights

- 15-25 reps-range
Progressive overload means upping the weight you lift.
