Avs fans really aren't used to losing anymore. You lose a one goal game on a wednesday night with half the lineup on IR and feel the need to draw big conclusions from it. It's hockey, and the season is 82 games. We are gonne lose some nights. Probably around 30 games.

Let’s get one thing straight. Avs used to be a joke, a laughing stock around the league. With Joe Sakic at the helm. Then they hired Chris MacFarland and Joe started listening to him. They quickly became one of the best run teams in league and it led to a cup.
