Important point by @tyler. @Gemini, @Coinbase et al. have been campaigning for a decade+ for clear regulatory rules so that they could build lawful and compliant businesses. DC refused to create those rules, then attacked companies as unlawful. GENIUS/CLARITY helps to fix this.
