! I ran the 60,400, and 200. i placed 1st in the 60m and the 400m and 6th in the 200 with a times of 6.96 (pr) 50.11 (pr) and 22.7 in the 200. excited to transition out to outdoor. What a great sophomore indoor season!
what a very bumpy weekend at EIU for state. for prelims i was ranked 2nd to last for the 400; as well as the 200. for finals i ended up getting 4th in the 400 and seventh in the 200. i got DQ’d from my 400 for stepping out of my lane, but i’m happy and thankful for the experience
What a great weekend at Olivet Nazarene University for indoor conference! i ran a 7.02 in the 60m (varsity) a 51.00 400m (varsity) and a 22.6 200m (varsity) excited for Prep Top Times next week then indoor after that!

A great weekend for the USATF Regional qualifications in Indiana. This weekend i ran the 100m, 400m and was an alternate for the 4x100 and 4x400 (due to a hamstring strain.) i qualified for all my events this weekend and PR’d in the 400m dash with a 49.75. excited for California.
this weekend i participated in the 100m, and 400m. in the 100 i made it to second round but got knocked with a time of 11.22(prelims) and 11.33(semis) i made finals with my 400m dash, 49.51 (finals) i placed 4th in the 400 meters making me an all American and 4th in the country.
Was very honored to represent my school and to be nominated by my coaches for the 2023 Student Leadership Conference in Peoria yesterday. Was a great experience and met a ton of great people.

Last regular season meet at Hinsdale invitational. I ran a 400 and 200 today with an atrocious headwind. 400-51.27 and a 200-23.12. Very excited for the upcoming weeks with conference this Thursday and sections the following week.

Conference champs for fresh soph in red division. Today i ran 4 events. 100- 11.1
200-22.8 and 400-50.6. I also ran the 4x4 to end off the night. I am looking forward to sectionals and hopefully qualifying for state this year. also broke the school record for 400 (51.03 - 50.6)

This weekend was district qualifying for USATF jr olympics regionals in Indiana. i ran 100,400,4x100, and 4x400. i placed 3rd, 2nd, 1st and 2nd in all 4 of my events qualifying me for regionals in 2 weeks. very excited to continue to work these next weeks getting ready for Cali.
