7. Last - If you have offers take them. - stacking offers this late in the game will get you left behind. It’s plenty of guys who would like to be in your spot. - if you have NO offers but talking to coaches. Adjust your expectations some.. coaches are looking for specifics atp

6. Timeline - Know what’s important for you. Cost? Role? Playing time? Location? Majors? - Be on the same page as your family. Does your family want the same thing as you? If not what matters to your family?

5. Recruiting - Have ALL of your transcripts ready -Know fasfa eligibility be ready To add new school to your fasfa -Complete school application ASAP - Have Film handy - Don’t have your phone on dnd. It’s late in the game we need to move quickly

4. Payment continued - college is an investment to your future. Ik Ik loans are not ideal and they add interest over time but it’s not the end of the world.. depending on what you want out of life taking out loans maybe inevitable for some of you.

3. Payment - will you take out loans? Can you get a parent plus loan? - Do you have a budget that you can spend on college? You and your family need to have a real dollar amount that you can/ willing to pay.

2. Fasfa -Please have the fasfa filled out. This is free to do. -If you have the fasfa filled out and you get NO pell grant stop expecting a full ride. - now if you ARE pell eligible you still will have a small balance. But you are able to get Federal work study at that point

1. Stop chasing levels. It comes down to do you want to play college basketball or not? If you not at the d1 or d2 level where you always wanted no big deal any opportunity to play and further your education is better than being at the crib university
