Global Atomic has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of C$24,839,160 from the sale of 31,048,950 units. Each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant.

Global Atomic announced a private placement for up to C$30M to advance the Dasa Project and working capital. The Company continues to work on several financing solutions and remains very upbeat about securing a financial commitment soon.

SOMIDA celebrated a major milestone on May 6, 2025, having worked safely for 1,000 days without incurring a loss-time incident (LTI), a testament to management’s dedication to create a safe work environment and the team’s success in implementing effective safety measures.

May 1, 2025 also known as International Workers’ Day in many countries, was celebrated in Agadez. Global Atomic’s subsidiary, SOMIDA, was honoured to participate and educate our neighbours about the employment and other benefits that Dasa is already providing to the region.

$GLO is in financial transaction discussions which could eliminate the need for a near term equity financing, allowing the Bank and potential JV partner sufficient time to complete their approval processes and commit funds for the completion of Dasa.

As alternatives to financing the project the Company is also involved with a potential JV partner. Two additional parties have recently expressed interest to invest at the project level and another has expressed interest in an offtake financing.

The Company has been advised by senior management at the Bank that they are targeting credit committee review of the loan by the end of April and that the Dasa Project aligns with US foreign policy and investment goals.

Global Atomic’s private placement announced on January 23, 2025, closed as expected on January 31, 2025. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for the advancement of the Dasa Project and general working capital purposes.

$GLO announced a C$30M private placement for up to 37.5M units @ C$0.80/unit. Net proceeds are intended to advance the Dasa Project. The Company remains confident that it will have positive news in Q1’25 regarding either a bank financing or a JV agreement.

Global Atomic made significant progress at the Dasa Uranium Project in 2024. Key milestones include strategic meetings with Government, advancing construction efforts and preparing for commissioning in 2026 with over 500 staff driving the project forward.

The development bank has confirmed it is moving forward with approval of a debt facility in Q1'25. In parallel, Global Atomic has progressed JV negotiations & anticipates receipt of a Definitive Agreement in Q1'25 for an amount sufficient to complete Dasa.

While in Niger the Company’s executive team and Managing Director for Niger had key meetings with Prime Minister Zeine, Mines Minister Abarchi and U.S. Ambassador, Kathleen FitzGibbon, all of whom positively supported Global Atomic and the Dasa Project.
