Something I've noticed during my excursion is that Zaun has been emulating and commercializing necessary things like "pure" air—not out of corporate greed, but limited resources. They've literally resorted to bottling air and selling it. How could we have let it come to this?

To think you could go a lifetime down here without seeing any real flowers at all... It breaks my heart. I tore the page out and gifted it to the person. I can always start another...

It turns out plants down here only grow in controlled environments and, even then, you'd have to go out of your way to see them. Almost all of the flora is mutated in some way so to see something natural like this is extremely rare.

I was just finishing this entry I'd started before I came down to Zaun when someone had stopped me to ask about it. They were in awe—not by my work—but by the detail in the flower itself.
