Defining biological sex such that you avoid referring to anything that can currently be changed is irrational. Whatever you choose that can't be changed now will be changeable one day. Sex is more accurately something our science tells us can be changed.

Saying we cannot change genetic or reproductive sex is like saying we cannot travel to Mars. We certainly can. We simply haven't yet.
