Assam govt’s Inland Water Transport Department vessel RPL Brahmaputra is navigating upstream from Dhubri towards Jaleshwar/Tulsibari ghat via the Dhubri access channel to support critical bank protection works, strengthening river infrastructure and safety along the Brahmaputra.
