LEG. UPDATE! .AB 639 passed unanimously today through the Water, Parks @ Wildlife Committee. AB 639 would clarify that certain WEIRS do not qualify as Dams, for the purpose of fees and regulations. This would help reduce the price of delivering water to farmers. #whatisaweir

UPDATE on Legislation! .AB 32 proceeds to the Appropriations Committee after being passed by the Transportation Committee today. AB 32 would provide equal protection for tribal judges that are already afforded to other state and federal judges.#teamsoria #TribalJustice
