Is it a network issue, or are you receiving any error codes or messages when trying to log in? If its a forgotten password, have you tried resetting it, or does it go deeper than that? ^DB

Ok, try and restore your licenses. You can do that by going into Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses. Restart the game and try again. ^NL

Can you go into your Library > Purchased > Hitman > Add-ons and make sure it's actually been downloaded to your console as well. ^PS
