@AskPS_UK I'm trying to activate my ps4 as primary. Won't let me cause my older one is currently activated and I don't have access to it (was faulty). Advices me to use website but website just instructs me to deactivate trough the console. Its a catch 22 situation. Please advise

@AskPS_UK I tweeted a week ago, i emailed and nobody has gotten back to me. I topped up my wallet for the promotion of the year subscription, I haven't gotten my money back or reflecting in the PS wallet. I can't activate my PSN voucher that cane with Fifa, someone please help, just got PS

@AskPS_UK Hi, I appear to be having issues with buying games from the PlayStation store as its not accept my card (which is coming up invalid but i have double checked everything and its correct). It accepted it yesterday afternoon but its now not accepting it when I'm trying to buy games.

@custardshop Are you both using the same console on the accounts as these should both be set as the primary (Main) Device on each for this to work and carry over. Thanks. ^NJ

@custardshop Please make sure both your Adult account and Child account have the same Primary PS4 activated and you should both be able to use PS Plus. ^DB

@AskPS_UK Like I said yesterday gift card doesn't work first I had WC-40378-2 error then wc-40335-7 error today I'm back to have WC-40378-2 again it's like 2 days are you going to actually do something or just keep telling people to try later????

@AskPS_UK hi...i bought the ps4 pro fifa 18 bundle that came with voucher code.....i used it and its worked ...my friend bought the ps4 500g slim fifa 18 bundle he didnt use the voucher code so he gave it to me...i entered it correctly but when i opened fifa 18 it gave me nothing...help
