@AskPS_UK PlayStation repair have had my console for over 15 Days and I’ve had no information regarding my case. Definitely the worst customer service in the world. If they keep treating customers like this, people will loose faith in PlayStation and move on

@Pink_Ribbon10 Hi! I'm sorry to hear that. I'm afraid that, if the progress was deleted and there was no beck-up we will not be able to get it back. Does the game keep deleting your save data? If that's the case, do you get an error code or an error message?
