@AskPS_UK My Playstation Plus subscription was automatically renewed on 25/12, but I did not want this to happen as my sister has got me a voucher for a subscription. I have not used the PS Plus subscription service since the renewal so could I arrange to have a refund made please

@AskPS_UK Have tried online live chat twice only to get to 1st in the queue to be unable to connect. You can’t email. the facility and can’t call regarding a subscription. How are you to get through. PS+ subscription auto renewed wasn’t requested. How are you supposed to request a refund.

@AskPS_UK We installed & updated Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition, but it won't let us open The Frozen Wilds expansion or the Digital Deluxe Theme. It says it can't find the application & we need to buy them from Playstation store, even though it shows them bought. Can you help please?

@mdeegan76 Hello! I'm sorry but it isn't possible to move content from one account to another. If this was a voucher, we aren't able to unredeem this either. It is possible to share access to a subscription though, using the Primary PS4/Console Sharing and Offline Play on PS5 settings.
