Why no email support where the team can answer from home - the link to refund form doesnโt work and phone queue is over 30 minutes - got through once and your line was so bad next time got cut off when someone finally answered

I've tweeted you and nothing. Emailed - nothing. Rang yesterday sat on hold for 45 mins for them to put the phone down on me as they suddenly " couldn't hear me ". What's going on? I can sign in on my psn account when I'm on my mobile hotspot but I cant when on my normal Internet
