@AskPS_UK I think discounts would be very useful during this time as there are many birthdays etc that are being affected and discounts on the ps store would help a lot

@AskPS_UK @AskPS_UK I am missing a game from my library that i bought a year or two ago. It is telling me to buy it AGAIN. I still have gameplay videos from it and trophies. Not the first time ive heard this happen. Been with playstation since the start. Please resolve quicky.

@AskPS_UK I am trying to recover my account as can't reset password online. Was on hold for over 30 minutes, then tried again was told rough wait of 20 minutes been on hold another 30 minutes, any idea of the actual wait time for phones...
