Has anyone been getting lag issues on PS4 me and my mates have I check my internet and it says my connection is great im getting 5-15 ping in games but I have been lagging ?

Question: I have always had playstations, but why do they never last till the next generation release? PS3 I had to buy 2 before PS4 was released. Now my PS4 just cuts out and I have to remove power cord till it boots again. Starting to think not worth the money!

Hi. I'm getting an error trying to enter the code for a Β£20 Wallet Top-Up. It says there is Β£20 and after this top-up my account will have Β£40 but then it says it cannot be entered.

Hi, sorry to hear that! Can you check your transaction history to see if the voucher was redeemed correctly? You can find it in [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Account Information] > [Wallet] > [Transaction History]. Don't send us any screenshots though! ^MM
