While all of these may be true, just make a clean, walkable, green city where basics work well (traffic, pavements, drains, no strays and good connectivity). Indians starve for these. The first city that gets this right can without the rest.
Have said it many times. Saying it again. For Chennai to retain talent, it needs to :.1. Have a vibrant night life.2. Alter it's liquor policy .3. Have more entertainment options .Hyd/Bengaluru/Pune/Mumbai/NCR all have them. @Guidance_TN @TRBRajaa.
