I'm sick of seeing cash grab YT gurus and their cringe attempts at "algorithm hacks". Too many distractions. Not enough fundamentals. Storytelling. Human psychology. Authenticity. Creativity. Sharing your passion. That's what YouTube should be all about. Humans > algorithms.

A lot of creators do adapt this mindset as well, the issue is, a lot of editors also love to just do the project fast and be done with it and move to the next one, instead of seeing the bigger picture and doing it perfectly.
"If you find someone good at $80 an edit, you shouldn't keep it at $80 an edit." A lot of creators should adopt this mindset!
