This is a thick statement. Who pays £60k in interest a year on a house?
No one factors in the interest they pay on a mortgage over the time they're in a house. Paying £60k a year interest on a house you own is worse than £30k a year in rent (which gets you a lot). Then add in stamp duty and personal tax to buy the thing. I wish I'd never bought a

It's simple. £300/M for 30 years could be a HUGE help towards retirement in a Stocks & Shares ISA. Always reinvest those dividends until you need them.
