Bad marketing, terrible marketing. Privacy is, first of all, self-sovereignty. Share with everyone or none. DeFi, you say? Where the hell is that decentralized? If the project is so institutional, just launch a private L2 and fuck off with Scroll's operatorship.
Quick version of how it works:. - A permissioned sequencer records and runs transactions.- ZK proofs confirm everything is right.- Only you and Scroll (the operator) can see your data.

I fucked up the protocol upgrade once and lost $50k of team funds due to the "cumulativeSum" variable not being properly initialized. Miraculously, the majority of funds turned out to be whitehatted by my co-worker as she was the first to interact with the broken contract.

We do have some wild smart contracts there. Sparse, Cartesian, incremental Merkle trees; Schnorr, ECDSA512 signatures; account abstraction recovery, staking, vesting, uint512, zkp utils. Worth checking out.

I will never delegate to the Metamask 7702 smart account. The delegation framework is so complex and overkill there is no freaking way there are no bugs in the 33 CaveatEnforcers they provide. Come on, I want my smart account to be secure and auditable. I don't need a million.

Here is the plan:. 1. Doom on EVM.2. 1 transaction = 1 frame.3. Ditch conventional TPS metrics.4. Use Doom's FPS to measure the chain's round latency and throughput .5. Leaderboard of chains where you can actually play it (60+ FPS). Sound good enough to me.
