I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the resolution offered by Ashish Kumar and Arun Kumar from Samsung's Head Office regarding my Samsung QLED TV QA55Q60TAKXXL, which I purchased on November 13, 2020.

Furthermore, the deadline for a satisfactory resolution has passed without a suitable offer. As a result, I have no choice but to pursue legal action against Ashish Kumar and Arun Kumar for their false commitments and the waste of my time over the last 15 days.

Considering the cost of the TV and the fact that it has malfunctioned in just over 3 years since purchase, this discount does not address the inconvenience, frustration, and financial burden this has caused me.

Despite the serious issue with the TV's display, which has rendered the TV unusable, the offer of a 25% discount on a replacement display panel is completely inadequate.

I am experiencing issues with my Samsung QLED TV purchased in 2020. 2 days ago the TV suddenly malfunctioned, and the engineer suggested a display replacement costing Rs 25,167. I expect @SamsungIndia to cover the cost and compensate for the inconvenience.
