Embracing a multiplicity of cultural lenses, LA MEDEA confronts the image of the hysterical, dangerous foreign woman and offers a revolutionary female figure willing to destroy her world in the name of justice. Chaos reigns beneath the skin of a classic myth.

LA MEDEA re-imagines Euripides’ Greek tragedy into a Latin disco-pop Womanist variety show that was originally directed, performed, shot, edited, + broadcast in real-time for thousands of viewers online before touring the US as a genre-bending feature film.
