In contacting them on the 11/08 I was informed by a computer talk site that my car had been written off, despite no one seeing or inspecting the vehicle. I then informed them that I would be instructing my own independent repairers, which they agreed was my right to do.

I eventually found the number by googling. On contacting them they asked me to log in to my account and send photos which I did. They said that the repair company would contact me, but as it was the weekend it might take a few days.
