The latest #Planning Market Insight Report for England & Wales by @PlanningPortal: - 42,028 submissions via the Portal in December - 4% down on Dec 2022. - Numbers did jump ahead of increases in planning fees on 6 December. - 606,825 total submissions in 2023, 4% down on 2022.

The latest Market Insight Report from @PlanningPortal shows 51,221 applications submitted via the portal in England & Wales in November, 1% lower than the same month in 2022. Numbers continue to closely track last year, down on 2021's post-covid high but above pre-covid 2019.
