Crazy how shader warming hasn't worked in over a year now and Capcom hasn't said or done anything. Any patch or GPU update and it takes hours of bullshit before the games usable again unless you want to queue up into stutter city.
That's because @Zykles__ @NeoRussell and @BattleCityFGC were up the night before doing every move on every character to load the shaders. It takes that level of dedication and love for the community to make setups and tournaments run that smooth ❤️.

Out of the S3 characters, I've never played Viper but she seems the most interesting to me. I hope they keep the high execution of her kit after seeing how well Ed's dream combo has been received by fans.

CotW in its current state is completely ruined by rev blow. I shrugged it off in the beta thinking I'd get used to it but not only are they faster than drive impact but any answer you can use besides reversals is not frame 1 invuln, so you can get ch out of it and take 70%.
