most problems don’t need genius they need less friction people won’t “figure it out” they’ll take the fastest path handed to them products don’t win by being smart they win by being lazy-proof one less decision one less click that’s the whole game

crypto finally stopped cosplaying and started shipping -perps + stablecoins already won retail -tokenization + prediction markets are lining up institutions different users different needs same rails this is what real adoption looks like boring, useful, inevitable
